Note: IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY OUTSIDE OF OFFICE HOURS a tenant is expected to take remedial action to prevent damage to the property and their personal possessions. Fire– If there is a fire at the property under no circumstance should you try to put it out yourself. You must immediately evacuate the property and then contact the emergency services on 999 to report the fire. Warn your neighbours, and if you live in a block of flats by setting off the communal fire alarm system to alert everyone. After that you must contact us by telephone.
