Fuse Box – Please check your fuse box or consumer unit to see if circuit breakers require resetting.
If the circuit breakers won’t re-set, before reporting the issue, please watch the video guide below on checking your fuse box as you may be able to resolve the issue quickly and easily. The problem may relate to one of your own appliances which will not be the responsibility of your landlord and any resulting call-out charge would be payable by you. If circuit breakers do not require resetting please report this issue through this system AND contact us by telephone.
Power Outage – First check with the electricity board if there is a power outage in your area. If you have a pre-pay meter ensure it is in credit. If the loss of power is not due to one of these factors then you must report this issue through this system AND contact us by telephone.
